Full of passion and pleasure, the owners have done everything to turn this authentic Spanish villa in the southwest of the island into the home of your dreams. The tropical garden that surrounds Casa La Zarzamora offers you all the privacy you could wish for and the view is phenomenal. Especially from the roof terrace where you have a breathtaking panoramic view, both of the sea and the mountains. This is one of the favourite places of the house for many guests where you will undoubtedly experience the magical power of Es Vedra. Casa La Zarzamora can best be described as a warm family home with a huge ‘wow factor’ from the moment you enter. It offers one or two families plenty of room to relax. At the same time groups of friends will feel completely at home here, both inside the lovingly furnished house and outside by the heated swimming pool, the jacuzzi and on one of the various lounge terraces. It is also a child-friendly villa (if required including nets around the pool and an alarm). The interior of this villa can best be described as a tasteful mix of Ibicenco and Balinese influences. As a guest, you really have everything here! In the living room you will find a wonderful lounge sofa and a 62-inch television, including a satellite receiver and DVD player. The professional dolby surround system completes the cinema feeling - all you need for a wonderful evening at home. Light the fireplace, pour a glass of wine, turn on a movie and just relax! From the fully equipped open kitchen, including water system for freshly filtered water, to the adjacent dining room, while sitting at the dining table you look out over the swimming pool and the tropical garden that is beautifully lit in the evening. The outdoor fire place and large wooden Buddha from Bali completes the picture, accompanied with the spectacular view of the hills turning red during sunset. In short, a wonderful Mediterranean feeling. The four bedrooms are all air conditioned and thanks to the professional sound system you can also enjoy your favourite music. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and a beautiful sea view. The other two bedrooms can be equipped with both single or double beds, whatever you prefer. Casa La Zarzamora has three luxury bathrooms with wonderful rain showers. The sabina wooden bathroom furniture, including Balinese washbasins, provide the mix of Bali and Ibiza that you will find throughout the whole house. The master bedroom also offers its guests a double rain shower and an outdoor bath. Take a bath or shower in the outdoors and enjoy the wonderful warm water with a phenomenal view. Casa La Zarzamora is completely green in the ecological sense. You can enjoy yourself here all year round. The air conditioning provides wonderful cooling in the summer and the system provides a cosy warmth in the winter. The under floor heating also heats and cools the floor. Both the heating and the energy systems work entirely on solar energy. Thanks to the latest technology, the house is therefore completely ‘green’. There is a supermarket only 300 metres away, while the large supermarket is just 5km from the house (Hiper San Jose). Ibiza Town is 20 km from the house and the airport 15 km.
